bidi baji Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bidi baji platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on bidi baji, log in to the site, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. bidi baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest version.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on bidi baji and to participate in any casino or betting activity. No one under this age may use the platform. bidi baji may request supporting documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate and up-to-date details, including your name, national ID number, mobile number, and date of birth. Incorrect or false information will prevent account verification from being completed and may result in withdrawal access being blocked. If any of your details change, notify the support team immediately.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods

bidi baji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for betting or casino games once they have been credited to your account.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.

2.3 Payment Restrictions

Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing to someone else's account is prohibited. The mobile number used for the deposit must remain active at the time of withdrawal. If any suspicious financial transaction is detected, the account may be suspended until an investigation is concluded.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bidi baji offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

3.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once, and each account receives a single welcome bonus.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• bidi baji reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

3.3 VIP Program

The bidi baji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

Any bet placed on the bidi baji platform is considered final only when a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network problem or technical error, it will not be considered valid. Screenshots or other evidence are not acceptable in such cases.

4.2 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and the stake will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled at the applicable odds.

4.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or incorrect amounts are displayed due to a software or hardware error, bidi baji reserves the right to cancel bets placed by taking advantage of that error and to reclaim any winnings paid out. In such cases only the original stake amount will be returned.

4.4 Cheating and Misconduct

Using bots, colluding, match-fixing, or attempting to gain an advantage by any other dishonest means will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited. bidi baji reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bidi baji:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using another user's account or identity.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack it.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Operating multiple accounts using false identities.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.

Violating these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of your account and legal action may be taken if necessary.

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

6.2 Closure by bidi baji

If any provision of these Terms is violated, bidi baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice. An account may be temporarily restricted while suspicious activity is under investigation. If no irregularity is found during the investigation, the account will be restored to normal.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for an extended period. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts — a separate notification will be sent regarding this.

bidi baji places the highest importance on the security of users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption. Your information is not sold to any third party. However, necessary information may be provided where required by legal obligation or a lawful request from the relevant authorities.

The bidi baji platform is provided "as is". If any transaction or bet is affected by a technical interruption, network problem, or disruption to a third-party service, bidi baji's direct liability in that regard is limited. In no circumstances will the maximum liability exceed the original amount of the transaction concerned.

9.1 Right of Appeal

If you are not satisfied with an initial decision, you may submit a request for reconsideration at a higher level. The outcome of reconsideration is generally communicated within 5 working days and will be considered final.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal dispute.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Bonus Terms together form the entire agreement between the user and bidi baji. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in Bengali. If a translation is made, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
